By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not for any purpose that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with another user's experience.

Quotes and Services

All quotations provided by IT2U Services are custom and subject to change based on project scope, timelines, and client requirements. Submission of a form on this website does not create a binding agreement.

Payments and Deliverables

Project timelines, payment terms, and deliverables will be agreed upon in writing before work begins. IT2U Services reserves the right to pause or terminate work where agreed payments are not made.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content, branding, text, graphics, and code on this website remain the property of IT2U Services. Project ownership and usage rights for client work will be defined separately in project agreements.

Limitation of Liability

IT2U Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services, except where required by law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

IT2U Services is committed to delivering quality work. The following policy applies to all projects and services:

• Deposits: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before any project commences. This covers initial design, planning, and resource allocation.
• Cancellations: If a client cancels after work has begun, the deposit is forfeited. Any additional work completed beyond the deposit value will be invoiced and is due for payment.
• Refunds: Refunds are only considered if IT2U Services fails to deliver the agreed scope of work within a reasonable timeframe. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to dylan@it2u.co.za within 7 days of the issue arising.
• Revisions: Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included in all project quotes. Additional revisions beyond this are billed at an agreed hourly rate.
• Ongoing / Subscription Services: Monthly retainer or hosting services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No refunds are issued for the current billing period already paid.
